We want to make your stay full of pleasant and pleasant moments and let you know that our team is at your disposal.

Despite the difficult time we are all experiencing, we at ENSEADA HOTÉIS are prioritizing our efforts in the safety of our guests and employees, using new operating protocols for our properties, strictly complying with the determinations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Ministry of Health of Brazil and Local, seeking to identify and mitigate the transmission of COVID-19.

As a result of these new protocols, we reinforced our cleaning and disinfection procedures for all the Hotel's environments, using procedures and products supplied by Diversey, a world standard andglobal leader in safety and hygiene.

Our team is trained to perform and achieve the highest standards of hygiene, cleaning and disinfection, ensuring complete tranquility for our esteemed guests and employees.

Our cancellation policies for direct bookings are fully flexible, with cancellation and rebooking without charging any fee or penalty until the day of arrival for arrival dates until July 30, 2020.

Guests who are prohibited from traveling to the hotel will be exempt from cancellation or change fees and penalties on direct bookings.

For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, guests must contact the agent or platform directly.

Additionally, due to the current coronavirus situation, and the implementation of new processes to protect the safety of our guests and employees, we may experience a reduction incertain services and amenities commonly available at our hotels.

In consideration of these processes, Check-in will be carried out with a distance, and the temperature of travelers will be measured, with the use of a mask in all public areas during the entire stay of the accommodation being mandatory.

In the elevators we have information, signaling that its use is made with guests of the same room.
In the rooms we remove some items in order to avoid and improve their hygiene and cleanliness, such as ornaments, lamp, bed skirt, footboard….

Our breakfast will be served at the restaurant with a schedule that must be carried out at the time of check in, thus avoiding agglomeration. The buffet regime is temporarily suspended.

To increase the agility of your check out, we ask that one day before your departure, you close the account at reception, as we are working with reduced hours. With this on your departure, you will only need to return the key cards. If your check out takes place outside reception opening hours, our security will release you.
